Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentDesk, an internal application operated by Truckins Insurance Services ("the Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using AgentDesk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

The service

AgentDesk is a private, internal tool provided to the Company's authorized staff to support insurance quoting, client servicing, and related workflows. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the general public.

Eligibility and accounts

Access is limited to individuals authorized by the Company. Accounts are created and managed by administrators.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and authentication devices secure and for all activity under your account.
You must complete required security steps, including two-factor authentication, to use the application.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

If you opt in to text-based two-factor authentication, the following applies:

Program: AgentDesk sends one-time verification codes to the mobile number you provide, to authenticate your sign-ins.
Frequency: You receive one message per sign-in and whenever you request a new code; frequency varies with your activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Help and opt-out: Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out disables text-based sign-in codes; you may continue with another supported authentication method.
Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of that number and consent to receive these messages.

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in information are handled per our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

Use the application only for the Company's legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable law and Company policy.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or misuse client or personal information accessed through the application.

Intellectual property

The application and its content are owned by the Company or its licensors and are provided for authorized internal use only. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the application as intended.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the application at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
